Use this page to request deletion of account data, WhatsApp connection data, customer data or message history connected with Jayshree Software services.
What You Can Request
Account-data deletion
Request deletion of your registered profile and company account details.
WhatsApp connection-data deletion
Request deletion of WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID and connection records.
Customer and message-history deletion
Request deletion of customer phone numbers, message IDs and delivery status history associated with your account.
Before We Process a Request
To delete your WhatsApp integration data, email us at jatin@jayshreesoftware.com with the subject “Delete WhatsApp Data” and include your WABA ID and phone number. We will delete your access tokens, WABA ID, phone number ID and message logs within 7 days. Note that data already shared with Meta per their retention policy will be handled as per Meta's policy.
Please include your registered name, email, company and phone number. We may verify your identity before taking action. Some legally required records may be retained where deletion is not permitted or is not reasonably possible.
